We intentionally craft our sleeves slightly snug as the material will naturally adjust after a few days of use – much like new shoes or jeans. If it still doesn’t fit after several days, please contact us.
Yes, thin accessories like screen protectors or skins are usually no problem. Bulkier cases, however, require custom sizing.
Even ultra-thin cases change the overall circumference. If the difference exceeds 2 mm, custom sizing is required. Please use our measurement guide.
Push the phone gently upwards from the bottom of the sleeve, similar to squeezing a toothpaste tube. Avoid pulling from the top to preserve the material.
